1. Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill (羊ヶ丘展望台)

2. Hokkaido Shrine (北海道神宮)

   The 531m summit faces west over the city center toward the Teine Hills. A cable car and ropeway take visitors up (¥2,100 return); the system operates from 10:30 and runs until after dark, with last-car times varying by season.

2. JR Tower T38

   The 38th-floor observation deck at 160m sits directly above Sapporo Station and faces west over the Teine Hills. Entry ¥740; open daily 10:00–23:00, no additional travel time from the station.

3. Moere Numa Park (モエレ沼公園)

   The glass pyramid and the small artificial Moere Mountain frame views to the west. The park closes at 22:00 in summer and at sunset in winter.

4. Nakajima Park (中島公園)

   The western shore of the main pond is open to the horizon at dusk. No closing time; well-lit paths year-round.
