The east-facing artificial beach looks across Tokyo Bay with a flat horizon over the water. Free, accessible around the clock.
Riverside promenade on the east bank with a clear view east alongside Tokyo Skytree. Open 24 hours, free. Asakusa station (Ginza Line or Tobu Skytree Line), 5-minute walk.
Main Deck at 150 meters has west-facing windows toward Mount Fuji. Open until 23:00 (last entry 22:30). Admission from 1,200 yen. Akabanebashi station (Oedo Line), 6-minute walk.
Open-air rooftop at 229 meters on Shibuya Scramble Square. The west side overlooks Yoyogi Park toward Mount Fuji. Tickets around 2,000 yen, open until 22:30. Directly above Shibuya station.
The northwest-facing promenade has a direct view of Rainbow Bridge and the Minato ward skyline. Yurikamome Line to Odaiba-Kaihinkoen station, 3-minute walk.
The west bank terrace faces west across the river. Benches along the 1-km walkway between Azumabashi and Kototoibashi bridges.
